the reason botting wont work in d3 is how they designed the best way to get gear, they made chests and bosses loot complete shit, but made elite packs always drop a yellow when you have 5 stacks of dat NV, makes it harder for bots, especially since elites will always have random affixes and itd be realy fuckin hard for a bot to account for all that and not get you killed, unless you're completely over gearing it, but by then itd be better just to farm the later acts yourself

i just wish it started like this, the economy is a bit fucked, theres people who botted vase farming and this act 2 spot and made tons of fucking gold, letting them get even better shit meaning there was only a small amount of people actually getting good inferno gear and putting it up on the AH, now that inferno is nerfed and drops are different it is balancing out, but prices for things can only drop, once everyone is farming inferno prices will always drop. the longer the game will be out the lower the prices of things in the GAH and the RMAH will be, until they release an expansion with better gear

also have this statistic blizzard posted on May 28th:

On average players have created 3 characters each
80% of characters are between levels 1 and 30
1.9% of characters have unlocked Inferno difficulty
54% of Hardcore players chose a female character
The majority of Hardcore deaths (35%) occur in Act I Normal
The most common level 60 build in the game is only used by 0.7% of level 60 characters of that class (not including Passive diversity)
The most used runes for each class at level 60 are Barbarian: Best Served Cold, Demon Hunter: Lingering Fog, Wizard: Mirror Skin, Monk: Peaceful Repose, Witch Doctor: Numbing Dart

my hc barb is only level 32, id be happy getting him to 60, even if I dont get to inferno

Brolock, you played a shitton of d2 too, right? Do you really think it's worth getting after D2? I've been thinking about getting D3, but a lot of aspects of the game make it look like shit & not worth my time. Still on the fence. I just know that a lot of hardcore D2 fans are bashing the fuck out of this game and would actually like to hear some valid input.
