the menu and words are from right to left
not from left to right
how to change it

Try running ce in compatiblity mode.
Or reinstall windows

I've never seen this before

it's simpe go to i have the same problem because i have arabic language so chage the language of every thing from Regional and language options
to english and the problem shall slove if you are arabian i can explain in arabic
