Btw 15 pounds of lean muscle in 3 months is near impossible without roids, especially if you've been working out for a while..
No it's not. It'll be incredibly hard, but not impossible. My last reps on each set are resistance to tear my muscles so they can expand a little. (If I'm curling, when I pull up, someone will pull down on the bar just a little. Same like that for just about every work out)
How long have you been working out for? If it's close to a year then I can say with near certainty you will not gain 15 pounds of lean muscle in 3 months unless you're some sort of genetically gifted freak. That 1.5 pound of weight your up could be a mixture of water weight, fat and muscle but I highly highly doubt it's just lean muscle. How many times a day do you weigh yourself?

Also yeah I know about your style of training seeing as I also train the same way.

I weigh myself once a week in the morning after I take a piss. It's not water weight and it's not fat. I lifted for a few years before this, but I stopped, started again over the winter, then stopped lifting for a few months and now I'm back into it.

Once a week? You need to weigh yourself at least 3-4 times a day if you want to know what your real weight it. I see you making pretty huge strength gains due to your muscle memory but 15 pounds of lean muscle in 3 months for a guy that isn't a beginner just doesn't happen naturally. Best of luck trying though.

It's gonna be hard to do if I can. My plan is to never have a set routine while working out. I'll mix up the workouts every week so I don't fall into a slump where my body gets used to it. Between that, dieting, supplements, and the training I think I should be able to put on a decent amount of muscle when this is said and done.

Yeah I'm sure you already know what you're doing but just in case you don't. Start adding super sets and negatives into your routines if you haven't already and try sticking to compound movements with a few isolation movements here and there.

For the most part I try to keep isolations to a minimum except on my 6th day when I hit body parts that are looking weak or I'm not gaining what I want with them and I'll break down those parts and hit them in isolation and compound. This week was my first time back into it hard so I'm keeping supersets out until next week. Everything is incredibly sore right now so hopefully tomorrow I can get a nice day off of everything and finally recover, but Monday I'll be starting my hour and a half training sessions or so. Gonna be murder :\

A couple proteins, a multivitamin, omegas, BCAAs, carbs, and creatine. Fairly basic.
