How do I cheat?

I what trying to hack a game and i found the value for the gold coins but when i change the value on cheat engine the go back to the game and try to buy something nothing happens it get set back to the original value ???
Can some one help me change the value so it doesn't get set back and it works so the value gets changed in the game aswell ??
P.S i tryed to freeze it and nothing happens please help!!!!!@@@.

1: Disconnect from the internet
2: If it still doesn't work perhaps you found a display value and it's actually stored as a different type

Tip: First Select 'Value type' to 'All' and then Select 'Scan type' to 'unknown initial value'. After that search for increased/decreased value.

ok now i get of the same values when i change both of them still same thing it gets reset back dude please help me please im suck with this.

did you try option 1? If the game won't run after that, give up since you're only seeing display values and there's nothing you can do about that

you cannot hack it if you can play and then share results, or invite your friends to play it.
that means it's an online game, and you can't hack any online game with cheat engine.
for what i have understood it is an online game, therefore it can't be hacked with cheat engine.

^^This isnt true^^(cheat engine can hack online games)
If there is security in place you will need a UCE which can be accomplished by editing detected strings out of the source or packing it with somthing like themida or some other file encryption tool.
I hack alot of online games with this tool, Client side code is hackable server side isnt.

if you are sure that the game is not server sided then yes, the game can be hacked.
most people don't understand the difference, so we have to tell them offline / online ... multiplayer / singleplayer ... facebook / whatever.
but if you are sure, i don't understand, what stops you from cheating ?

that clearly means for us, answering your question: SERVER SIDE
just yesterday i have submitted a super top score on an offline game, but that can share results as guest, and yes it worked, but most of the time it doesn't.
again, if you are sure 100% try different data types, float, double, all in one.
