If you had headphones or speakers up loud with the windows rolled up, what difference does it make safety wise? |

well earphones are in your ears making you unable to hear anything.
but you can still hear stuff with loud speakers regarldess the intensity of the music. unless you having like 30 inch subwoofers in the back of your car and 200 mini subwoofers plastered all over the interior

The odds of someone driving around with noise-cancelling headphones are about the same as someone driving around with concert woofers in their trunk.
Which is sort of likely if you live where I live. |

Earbuds. Any shitty canal earbuds will cancel noise when you play music loud through them. |
