When I was 14 I used to be a little fat nolife. We measured our heart rate in class, and mine was lowest with 56.
Now I'm like a thousand times more healthy, and my heart rate is still the same.
Don't think having a low heart rate necessarily means being healthy...
Also, Holy shit OP!

Don't think having a low heart rate necessarily means being healthy... | Were you on any kind of medication that would lower your heart rate?
Also some people are just genetically predisposed to having a low heart rate, and you may have lucked out. I am not, but all of the running I have done has strengthened my heart to the point where my heart rate is where it is. This is the case for most people.

My whole family has super low heart rates, and blood pressure, and the women are all tall as far as women go, and the men are average to tall and built like oxes, and most of us have hypermetabolism, the genetic good kind, not the bad kind you get after an injury, so we can go through like 10lbs of food a day and not gain a pound of weight.
But the rest of my family are genetic fuckups, I'm the first one to go to college.

Creatine is meant to be cycled no longer than 3 months at a time. It's not the creatine's fault, your friend just doesn't know how to read.
