| it's clear what the problem is. you both don't know much about computers but think you do so you came running in automatically thinking you could solve his problem. then when you realised you didn't actually understand the problem at hand, both of you went all A;SDKFJIOPUL;KADSF and started throwing your toys around

Pretty much what Slugsnack said earlier. I have no idea what would make you come to CEF to find these answers, there are forums that actually have people who are professionals who are willing to help you.
Also, stick with Windows, maybe consider getting a mac.
