I can't post links yet but if you boot from the windows CD and opt to fix an install, google "Can't boot into windows after installing linux" and the search results will give you what you need.

Unless you want GRUB to also show Windows rather than just get windows back, but if you're done testing then using the windows CD should be fine.

Oh, and I'm gonna need to shrink that linux partition by about 120GB later, does linux have something like a windows disk manager for that shit?

it's non-trivial actually. you'll need to boot from a usb or cd or something so the partition isn't in active use
