| Didn't realize it was collecting IP's at first. Also it would be much more efficient to use a text file than getting from DB each time. Also LMAO at Aviar.

Databases are better. Text files are for lazy people.
The image loads instantly as it is, it's fine.

Manage a row of IP addresses? Would it include more than one table I'd give you that one. Serialized array in a text file would make the application resource friendlier, and much more portable. This is like using a bear trap to catch a mouse.
