I'm planning on doing as much training as I can to prepare myself for AF so I can graduate top of my class.
For that I have to be able to run a mile and a half in under 8:55, 65 push-ups in a minute, 70 sit-ups in a minute, and 10 pull-ups in however long it takes me to do them. Everythign but the runnign will be easy. Trying to pack on muscle means I have to do less cardio. I'll probably start doing real cardio after week 8 so that'll give me about 4 weeks to drop whatever my mile and a half time is to under 8:55. :\

I'd say start with the running first. It's going to be way harder to incorporate heavy running like that after you've put on so much bulk.
