Alright, but I follow my own diet. Will do the running, since my ankle has pretty much recovered.

Sounds fair. I may make a blog like post on CEF so I can easily track my progress with weight/running times.

Wait 2 weeks and we'll do it the right way. Hit up bodybuilding.com and start a bodyspace and track it there. 2 weeks I start all my shit and quit my job.

I recently realized I'm not as out of shape as I thought I was. I walk roughly 5 miles a day pushing carts and I'm not even sore/tired while doing it. But I'm giving myself 9 weeks to back on as much mass as I can and then the last 2-3 cutting as much fat as I can.

Ok well be sure to let me know when you are setting up a log on that site. I'll probably get some supplements after 2 weeks of running/dieting.

sc2? my video card has been crashing during games every so often recently and i need to work on fixing it

idk. i randomly found out about it when i plugged my iphone into one of the treadmills in the gym. i thought i was charging it but it records shit apparently



i think you can make it just track you through the gps too
