that's the retardation affecting the muscle control in his face, he doesn't like it when you call it a pout. I know you're trying to lighten the gravity of it, seeing as it's a sign of a debilitating mental issue, but it's best to be honest with these kinds of things.

inb4 He says something about how I have downs or something because on two of my pictures one eyes wasn't quite symetrical to the other because the eyelids of each eye are not attached to eachother therefore that is possible.
