Just shoot them with an air soft gun. But be a fucking sniper about it. Better yet, ask a friend to do it as well to throw them off about the direction the bullets are coming from.

Is the eye open? I did a small bit of research for you and depending on what glue it was, it might be alright... There's been stories of people mistaking super-glue for eyedrops. Although their eyes got super-irritated, any dry glue flakes eventually got removed through tears.
If the eye was glued shut, though, go see a certified feline medical professional immediately. Preferably one that has eye experience too; if the eye is glued shut and is forced open, it could tear part of the cornea and leave that eye blind.

The eye was never fully glued shut, just the outer part got glued up a little. The oil did the rest of the trick, and it's open now. He's losing hair like crazy though, so I'm guessing the glue irritated his skin a lot. He has a few balding spots... he looks like he's dying, even though he's recovering.
