cef looks fine, its a generic forum, but reddit is just annoying to look at, and has no purpose for me either, the only like 2 times ive actually been on the site its just no fun to browse.


same except i went on it once ever when i clicked connor's starcraft reddit link and was like "is the page just not loading properly or what"

CEF WAS a good community, back when we had more productive members.
I came here in search of cheats and had signed up eventually to discuss said cheats, then ended up making cheats of my own to share with the community. I'd say that since something is actually produced from the CEF community (or was produced in the past) that it's certainly better than Reddit. Oh I have a pretty good idea, I just don't have any valid statements since I've not visited the site more than once. I took one look at the site and left forever. I'm never going back to that crummy place. I'm basing my beliefs completely on what I've read and heard (which happens to be a lot actually).

I did browse reddit extensively for a period of almost a month, and I do have reasons why I really, really hate it.

Clearly, konr likes reddit, so he's not going to start not hating reddit. Because he likes it.

It's not like you have to partake in the community element of it. I rarely post anything on it, I just use it to source information quickly. Subreddits that are well managed tend to update information every 30 minutes and feed through new threads. For example, /r/LeagueOfLegends or /r/DotA2. Then there are reddits that are more community inclined like /r/trees. I dunno man, it's just good for finding shit out and looking at cool images.

See that's another thing, I also don't much enjoy people who feel like they need to know what's happening with a game 24/7. Just get your information the way everyone else does, from friends and forums.
