Interesting you're talking about this, I actually decided to try a lucid dream out before a nap earlier. I had gotten good at them a few years ago and occasionally still try. Normally I do a sleep initiated lucid dream, but I ended up catching myself at the right moment and had the onset of a wake initiated one. I had only experienced it badly twice before(because normally my WILDs end in failure after paralysis onset) and nowhere near as intense as the 3(YES FUCKING 3 FML) times I did it in a span of an hour today. Felt like My eyes were open and closed at the same time, my jaw clenched tight as all fuck and my teeth are still sore. I could hear a bunch of garbled mess with random voices talking. I felt like there were people looming over me. Scary shit bro.
TL;DR DON'T FUCKING TRY WILDS, DON'T FUCKING DO IT. They work amazingly and produce the most vivid possible lucid dream with nearly the exact conditions you want to start with, but don't go through that. It literally made me sick with nausea. It's like being trapped in your paralyzed body, sitting in a horror movie. If your jaw clenches, it hurts like fuck.
Also, binaural beats are bullshit. Out of body experiences are bullshit. Astral projection is bullshit. Just learn how to adjust your schedule, eat correctly, and prepare correctly and you should get them to 3 a week in 2 months. Try WILDs if you feel up to it, but the experience is generally the same for most people. It's "technically" the most reliable, I can vouch for that as I can get to the paralysis stage pretty easily now, but it can be an absolute hell.

I believe in the binaural stuff, only because I've listened to trance tapes that have successfully put me Ina trance using this method.

LOLOKEUY GANAK HAV FUN
But I'm serious with the WILD stuff. Try it out and give me a message when you have your first onset of one. I can give you some tips on them to. You could say I've become "accomplished" at getting them started. I normally just get too scared or excited and screw up on the transition.

only it happened when i smoked salvia | no i know the disconnection of my body and its not that, its literal third person
"In third-person narrative, it is obvious that the narrator be merely an unspecified entity or uninvolved person that conveys the story, but not a character of any kind within the story being told"
"a limited narrator, in contrast, may know absolutely everything about a single character and every piece of knowledge in that character's mind, but it is "limited" to that character—that is, it cannot describe things unknown to the focal character."
I can recognize myself in my dream and acknowledge my dreaming but due to not being "me" in the dream I can't control it, or at least haven't figured out how to

I've got 14 days to my vacation. I plan on trying Lucid dreaming ...
I remember having Lucid dreams as a child but I haven't had an actual dream in years. It's a complete blank everyday...
I miss dreaming.

For me, I can always remember parts of my dream (I don't think I'm remembering the entire thing). But I can never lucid dream no matter how hard I tried.

| I usually remember a dream I had if my alarm clock wakes me up during it, something else does, or I somewhat forget it but sometime during the day something always happens that is trivially related to something that happened in one of my dreams and I fully recall it.

Talix you're retarded. I didn't imply that you have to believe in binaural beats for it to work like some fucking shit like santa Claus. I think you just have to be able to calm your mind and shut it down and lower your brain activity, and clearly you can't because you have ADHD.
