My bad 1 package of instant noodles has 1960 mg in it meaning you are consuming up to 17640mg of sallt a day meaning you have been consuming
around up to 3528 teaspoons of salt a day.

You may be healthy now but your long term health is going to be greatly effected..

I'm not sure what the name of the one I usually buy is cause it's in some foreign language but I do sometimes buy Mi Goreng Satay.

Just searched up 'Ramen' that shit looks fucking delicious!

Ramen is basically instant noodles but traditionally people only refer to Asian brands as ramen. I recommend anything by Nong Shim in a flavor you enjoy.

I've tried http://www.asianfoodgrocer.com/img/prods/ramen-noodles/90074-nong-shim-shin-ramen-lg.jpg and it's pretty good, only with citric acid and ground red pepper though.

We don't have that flavor here unfortunately. If you guys have Koka brand noodles where you're from then try some Koka Spicy Shrimp, I swear it's better than any food I've tried in my entire life.

I could probably find you a site, but I really would strongly recommend you either get medical help or do your best to gradually stop your consumption.

If you are in shape, great, but you're in shape in spite of taking in all of that salt.

I always get that ramen I cannot pronounce the name of. And I add stuff to it. Meat, eggs, anything I can think of that might taste ok with it.

Walmart sells the single packs here, but they are inside of cardboard crates. You can just pick up a cardboard crate and buy them all. It's like $7 or something.
If a cardboard crate isn't enough, then get 2 cardboard crates, if that's not enough get 3, etc...
