| I personally believe that the majority of Africa is ran by gangsters not soldiers seeing as they have road blocks set up demanding money, kids selling cocaine and cyber criminal divisions that are devoted to scamming. |

No, I haven't yet I've spoken with many people from Nigeria and they've stated that most of the violence is done by gangs yet there are a few "military affairs" that take place ever so often. |

That's untrue, the majority of those 419 scams are done by the 419 boys and they're an African gang.
Oh, and before pointing at Americans first I'd suggest looking toward Russia seeing as the majority of fraud related cyber crimes take place there.
The only thing America has going for it is it's amount of victims. |

Zeus & SpyEYE are pieces of Russian malware designed for fraud and to top it off almost all of the people that sell credit card information are from Russia. |
