in all honestly, why in the fucking world would you use such a shitty webcam to take a photo in hopes of capturing any kind of physical improvement? do you not have a decent camera? one with preferably at least 4MP? if not, why would you take a photo at all. you're intelligent enough to know that unless you're losing a massive amount of weight, or gaining mass muscle so much so that it would be noticeable from a decent distance away, there is no fucking way we would be able to tell any difference in a photo taken with one of those disposable cameras from the 60s.


but all in all - good luck keeping up with it. iirc you seem to pick something up then drop it again after a short while, stick with it.

Bit better I guess. Still no real muscle visible, but things are toning up along with my cardio.

well you don't even need dumbbells for your pectorals, you get a better workout just with push-ups.
your dad must have gave you an extended pubic hair line btw

Are you retarded? Doing incline flies, decline flies, and dumbbell bench are some of the best chest workouts you can get.

Yea I normally do pushups.

@ guy above me. I do those too. Can't really do declines because I don't have the equipment though.

And yea lol I guess. Belly button down I have hair, above that not really except a sad, sparse 2x.5in patch in the middle of my chest. I'm only just starting to grow any kind of chin hair, but a mustache grows like crazy, faster than "normal" people my age. Same with my dad and grandpa. Takes them forever to finish a goatee.

"Toning" is a myth really. You can't really tone by just lifting weights. To do it you have to balance diet, weights, and cardio. Just lift hard, run hard, and eat portioned meals throughout the day. It's better to eat a bunch of small meals than less meals. Just keep your meals regular and healthy with low fats.

I get at least 45 mins bag work in a day. When I actually want to make it a cardio day, I run a mile or until I'm completely burned.

I just started weights 4 or 5 days ago I think, but my cardio and diet has gotten me down 20lbs, a shirt size, and from 36/32 to 32/32 jeans in the past month and a half.
