Is this supposed to make it run on shit pcs? Because all I can seem to get is an average of 250fps in source like games. Its upsetting.

You cannot get banned because it's just my hud and config. It's assuming you use these launch options too,
Code:
-dxlevel 81 -windowed -noborder -w 1280 -h 1024 -console -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd-

It uses a HUD crosshair (you can change the settings of it with the wide and tall settings for the circle and the crosshair in hudlayout.res in the scripts folder) and sets the game to quite low settings, but still keeps the uber shine and a few other things. It also has different net settings set to the Fkeys for different kinds of servers.

EDIT:

You use it by going to your steamapps/yourname/team fortress 2/tf folder and you delete the cfg+resource+scripts folders, and replace it with mine.
