Starting to do bagwork everyday with dumbbells for 4 of those days. And will run 2 days if possible. Satudays and sundays I'm letting myself off from working out. Lost most of the fat I wanted to(7-8 pounds off from being in an athletic fat % now) so I'm starting to trow weights in to even everything out.

3 sets of 6 reps each unless stated ottherwise

Palm in Shoulder press
Lateral raise
Alternate bi curls
Seated bi curls
Two arm tri extension, standing(15 reps)
One arm tri extension, laying down
Weighted crunches(20 reps)
Bench press(2 sets)
Neutral grip bench press(2 sets)
Lying fly(10 reps)

Non dumbbell: pushups(4 sets 10 reps)

Will normally pick 3 complementing dumbbell exercises and do a set of each, then 3-4 mins of bag work, another set, 3-4 mins bag work, etc. With a small 10 min break halfway through, the entire workout is 1 hour.

That's about average I think. Better to have some extra energy on you than to be too lean (I'm a little too lean).

Bodybuilders get fat during the winter because it's easier to build muscle when you have more fat. If you're skinny its a hell of a lot harder to build muscle.

It doesn't. He's an idiot. The reason why it's harder for skinny people to build muscle is because of their metabolism. The body would much rather burn through the nutrients that would go to your stressed muscles than the stored fat. Where as fat people, the body doesn't do anything with either. It just keeps packing it on.

Muscle relies on fat for energy, having more fat = more energy to use to develop muscle. Otherwise your body has to solely rely on the food you intake which isn't always enough, thus meaning you aren't getting maximum development. I'm not saying they get really overweight, but they wouldn't look like bodybuilders.

Apo don't tell me I'm an idiot, Ive done research on this shit for 3 years straight lost 80 to 100 pounds and gain tons of muscle. I used to work out for 6 days a week for at least 2 hours. I don't do that anymore because I have other more important things to do now. I'm not proud of it, In fact it depresses me, but unfortunately Ive gained a lot of the weight back.

Ehhhh.
People who are fat need to "cut" first to reduce their fat, then they needa "bulk" and then cut again. Skinny people just skip straight to bulking and then cutting again.

Or atleast that's what my fitness-interested friend told me. He's hawt.

It's actually a much better idea for a larger person to start with weight training fairly fast in their regimen, but it shouldn't be used for muscle gain. It's for more mass loss, which is the same principle as normal exercise, except when it comes to moving onto weighted training they are more versed and pick it up easier.

Last time I had my physical, which was in the fall, I was 12.4%. In the winter I gained around 10 lb of fat, but ever since I started running 6 mi for 5 days a week (started in early march), I have lost the ten lb of fat, and pretty much replaced with muscle in my legs.

I am focused with my legs because I am kicking fieldgoals as well as a lower-end college player, which is cool.
