First of all, what are they? Secondly how do I use them.. or input them. I can't really ask this question without knowing I guess, but hell, i'll ask it anyway.

P.s I looked it up, did not find much of anything.

1) In computer science, an opcode (operation code) is the portion of a machine language instruction that specifies the operation to be performed.

In Cheat Engine Help file you can found tutorials on asm and learn basics of opcodes. It is good to start with that.
