That's all pretty nice for upper body, but what are you going to do about your lower body? You don't want to look like an upside down triangle.

Which is why I said he'll need more weight eventually. Not really, you can squat 50kgs til near failure and it'll still give you results, not as well as if you were going heavier but results are results. Anyway, 50 might be more than enough for OP at this point.

I'm only lifting to maintain my body not to get huge.
