Dota was the original moba, it was a warcraft 3 mod.
Dota 2 is an actual full game made by Valve and is currently in beta.

1. LoL copied Dota, so it's not fair to say that Dota 2 is copying LoL.
2. It's free while it's in beta if you can get an invite, once the game is released it will probably cost $50.

I used to have a few hundred million, then I got banned. Then I did it again and got banned again along with hundreds of other people.
