are you sure? when I was 16 me and my frineds got pulled over because a store owner thought we were smoking blunts (rolled swishers) so he pulled us under suspicion and he confiscated our smokes and said it was illegal for us to have them and that we will get off on a warning for being complacent and not lieing about having them. |
In the U.S. there are no actual laws pertaining to a required age at which you can smoke, only to purchase. The cop was probably just being a prick. |
It's called a Tobacco ticket, and it does happen.

| Yes, I smoke. I honestly believe that weed is good for you mentally. Their's actually an anti-psychotic in it and its generally agreed among the medical community that everyone can benefit from an anti-psychotic. |
