this is the answer:

((T/2pi)^2 * 5g / 7) + r = R


and if you want a step by step invalidation:


(T/2pi)^2 = 7(R-r) / 5g

(T/2pi)^2 * 5g + 7r = 7R

((T/2pi)^2 * 5g + 7r)/7 = R

((T/2pi)^2 * 5g / 7) + r = R
