A one base Toss with cannons? If it's a single cannon, keep 2 lings at their base to kill the probe that goes out and use another set to scout the map for a pylon. It's a 4gate with cannon. Take your expansion, go roach/ling and start +1 carapace upgrade. Wait take 2 gases and put up 3 spines at your expansion. You want 38 drones and 3 queens. The rest of your supply is as many lings/roaches you can produce. Roaches are priority so you should have about 10-15 by the time the push comes with nothing but lings streaming in for support. Don't engage anywhere but the spines. If you can kill his probe that's putting up the pylon, you'll be fine because he can't reinforce. Just keep lings out behind his army scouting for a pylon and kill it if you can. From here, take a third, start infestors, and either do nydus play or send 3 burrowed infestors to the edge of his base and use an overseer to launch as many infested terran up the side of his base as possible. You want them to be as close to his mineral line as possible. Send them in to kill probes as you get your third, spire, fourth, then hive up. Keep your upgrades going for your ground troops (melee and carapace) and once hive goes down, go greater spire and start broodlord/infestor/ling. Once you get a good count of broods and infestors, gogo. You'll easily win around the 19 min joe.
If it's multiple cannons, no matter what map, take 2 bases, 4 gas, 6 spines, 44 drones, only lings and research +1 attack for them, get a lair as soon as you can then start a spire. Only have 2 gas when you start your lair then throw down the other 2 while it's building. The very, very important part of this is how you engage. If his army is small, which it should be, hide your lings and when he engages into the spines, come in from behind to hold him in place. You should be able to have 8-12 mutas out when your spire finishes so you need to either stall for time until they get out, or already have them out and focus fire sentries and then stalkers. After that attack, get around 15 mutas then send them to his mineral lines. Do as much eco damage as you can and without sacing them all. Take a third base and continue ling/muta/spine production. You need to have lots of spines to hold off attacks because you can't engage with mutas. Once you have around 20-30 mutas, you can stop producing them and start teching up. From there start infestor/corruptor/ling production, get your fourth base up, start hive, and go into broods. Again, you want to keep your upgrades going for melee and carapace. 3/3 broods with 3/3 broodlings are monsters. If you can do enough eco damage with the mutas, mass roaches instead of teching and just attack him while streaming units across the map. Sac the mutas you have left at his base to killing his army.
