I wonder if the 'cause and effect' explanation Cryoma gave earlier is really the way to explain it. I was watching a special a while back on how the brain is able to communicate with other parts of the brain without there being a visible pathway between point A and B, implying that the brain is in a quantum state when it processes information. This would imply that it could process information differently at the exact same time. That's why I'd like to think our consciousness plays a big part in how we decide to process information.
That being said, I have no fucking clue how it all works, so I speculate about with the rest of you.

All of our thoughts are a chain reaction to the first bit of input data at birth.
There is no generation. | ...And all the other input data we've been receiving every moment we've been alive past that. |
can you even prove this
how do you know that we didn't absorb the entire data of the universe at birth
maybe our minds can't actually absorb any new data and any perception is just calculating what is happening in the universe because our minds are the universe | Because that'd be silly.
Good try though. I always appreciate a valiant effort.

yes
what now |
prove
also science doesn't know how brain works fully so there's no way to explain the question OP asked.

Indeed. Like I said in my earlier post, I have no clue how it all works, so I'm just speculating about with what I've read. To call anything you say in this thread fact is just utterly retarded, just like telling others that they're wrong on the subject. Just saying.

You're stupid as hell.
There's a good bit of research done with conclusive results as to how the brain works. Sure, we don't know it all, but we can safely say we know something about how the brain works. This happens to be one of those subjects.

They have no clue how the conscious mind exists though. I'd like to believe that this at least makes up part of the imaginative mind.

no he's not, you're just incompetent when it comes to reading |
The question OP asked can be answered with the information available. It's not my fault he can't read.

that's what CHRISTIANS said about the BIG BANG.
your move. | Out of curiosity I wanna see how far you can go with this.
Big bang was backed with evidence. Your claim was not backed with anything.
