So gay, I want to make simple DFDs and ERs, but apparently everyone thinks UML is better,as there are a million UML modelling tools, and hardly any DFD/ER ones (that are free). I'd use UML, but I don't want to take the time to brush up on it just to be able to model simple data flows. _________________

Already know parts of it (that is, some of the models). And I never said it was bad, I'd just rather not waste an hour or two learning something to simply model data flow. _________________

| What are you modeling? Because in general, CASE tools do not model non-functional system requirements. |

Need to model a system that already exists. So really I suppose a CARE system would work if it can do VB (old VB, no .NET). Honestly though, I prefer to do it by hand. _________________
