That's cool, but the other people in this thread who are arguing "for" laptops obviously would like to play games with the mobility.
And no, having more than 60 frames means you'll not have to worry about any sort of loss in performance, always playing at full potential. Not to mention that TF2 isn't a demanding game in the first place, so 60 frames in TF2 might be 20 frames in BF3 (just an example).

I don't like really bias examples tho.
Overkill, endsup being half as much in 1-2 years. <- That's the point.
Ideal = 600 bucks laptop off newegg/tigerdirect. Which plays bf3 @ a decent rate. BUT IT'S LAME, so I rather sit on my desk or put my screen hanging by the ceiling as I lay on my bed.
I never pointed a game when I said 60+ frames :>
