Learn to fucking read, you moron. You obviously have absolutely no idea how TF2 cvars work and you fail to take into account that using custom files can give you a MATERIAL HACK (read: my last post) which lets you see through walls.

I'd play tf2 at 720p max and on low settings that rig should easily keep a stable 90fps.
I've been reading/watching stuff about it and it's made by this one guy in alaska.
Apparently it's a lot easier to take apart and mod than regular laptops cause of the huge casing, so if I wanted to I could upgrade to a better low-profile nvidia in the future, but I'm not really even getting it for gaming, primarily I'll have it for work and school.

Hitreg isn't too much of an issue, I play medic and pyro.
And 40 is just fine for me.
I also have a custom config file, DX8 mode, and water effects disabled entirely.
