Why sony shouldn't win the worst company contest:
Sony handled the hacking issue like gents, and even gave billions of existing players compensation of 2 very popular games at the time. I forgot to grab mine though. <Sad>

Why EA should win:
They fucked over many of my favorite franchises. Once EA gets a hold of an innovative and amazing series, you shouldn't expect to see any games released from it anymore. UNLESS it's a generic title, or if they can exploit DLC for it. Sims 3, as an example. They've been fucking milking that for decades.
