No denying, no juking, no last hitting, really low skill cap.
The engine is shit, most of the players are 10 year olds.
No depth in it really. No crowd control items, no nothing.

There's plenty of juking, it just depends on the champion. Also, the entire game is last hitting.
I feel like the simplicity LoL offers over HoN and DotA allows for more skilled play. In HoN, a lot of the skill rests within how you build a champion and other things that you do outside of actually fighting. In LoL this is definitely still very present, however not to such a degree as HoN.

Well it's still interesting i can see why it's so compelling, it's simple and you can have some fun you know, it's more casual. In hon kids rage for about everything because it's more competitive and less forgiving when you make little mistakes.
"Juking" in lol gets down to walking in and out of those bushes, lol.
Even a level 30 guy was auto attacking the creeps, so i was kinda like...wat.

Everyone has their own opinions. Honestly I don't understand how you can like HoN if you think the LoL engine is shit. Holy fuck, the entire shop is retarded. You can't see anything on the minimap. The entire out-of-game menu is counter-intuitive as fuck and there's way too much there. As for the playing itself, every team fight ends up being everybody slamming every key on their keyboard and some lucky winner coming out on top. In my opinion, you can't outplay people in HoN the same way you can in LoL.
To be honest, they're both fine games, I just prefer LoL.
