I joined early to troll some idiots, got banned fairly quickly but then i went back and it turns out the admin (Golbez) of the server is a massive homo and constantly has godmode+speed+crits, while everyone else does not. If you say anything against the guy the entire server starts talking like retards. They also have some girl in there that everyone seems to follow around.

Only way to win against these people is to not let them get any satisfaction over exerting their power over you.
Trust me, I've played my fair share of darkrp on GMod. The gamemode literally attracts lonely, pathetic (man)children to become admins (usually through either paying for admin or starting the server themselves), then when you beat them at something they make up a rule on the spot and try to make you whine about it.
I've literally been on a server that runs a script where the admin can type a command "say [username] [message]" into console (which you can see by looking at the console) and it enters the message into chat appearing to be from the specified user. After using the physgun to move me around everywhere and throw barrels at me, they used the script to try to "win" an argument with my friends and I, and I just said "At least you guys know you're wrong, otherwise I'd be worried you were delusional." to which they promptly banned me.
Darkrp can be really fun when there aren't asspained children as admins, but 90% of the time that's the case.
