Please condense your questions into one question as specific as possible. Here is Rozen's reading as an example.

Yes you will. This is the 3 of Wands. It represents anxiousness in awaiting the reward for one's labor or the reflection on your efforts. In context to the question, I believe it means you'll die happy having achieved your goals and reflecting upon them. Your worry will be worth it in the end.
