Its not possible generally as there are defense mechanisms in females to avoid polyspermy (the phenomenon which you are talking about), however if it does happens, the result is an inviable zygote i.e the embryo won't develop further and die due to multiple copies of same chromosomes availability, the processes of development being unable to continue further.
If you're wondering about twins, that is result of a single egg producing two embryos or two separate eggs fertilized by two sperms.
What do you think happens if two or more people inseminate a slut, the dominant sperms wins and fertilizes the egg. Dominant as in the most healthy and aggressive towards fertilization.
