It is impossible to hack this game with Cheatengine.

However, I can give you a tip. When you level up, put all your stat points into energy, and nothing else.

thnx bro... but i need money... i am only at lvl 17.... so i need a lot of money to buy many equipments.... plzzzz help

Well, in these kind of games you get money and experience by doing missions.
To do missions you need energy.
When you level up, your energy gets refilled.

So if you keep putting all your points into energy, at one point you will have enough energy to level up before using up all of your energy (which will get refilled when you level up).

I played Maffia Wars this way and got to lvl 500 in like a month.
