Invite her over, tell her you have a big surprise.

You're going to need to do some preparation; bring over a few laptops, maybe a second computer, and scatter them all around your room. Also have a big present in the middle of the room. Open up http://hackertyper.com/ on each one, and have some text already written on the main computer. Not too much. Have a phone nearby and have it set to ring a minute or two after you guys enter the room.

Now, when you walk inside, act shocked at the sight of one of the computers. Rush to it, and start clicking randomly and say things like "This can't be" and "Mother of God". Switch computers every few seconds while still acting shocked. When the phone rings, pretend you're talking to someone important, just say "Yes", and finish with "Yes, I understand."

Tell your girlfriend that this is a bad time, and that she has to leave. Apologize and close the door on her.
