I just contacted my ISP and they said that yes, suddenly USA shut down all access to their services.

proof, only way for me to post here is through proxy.

Uhh I feel like this would be major news on right now. Oh wait I forgot our government monitors that...

well its stronger here in Peru but other south america counties are starting to get back some connection.

2 hours ago we all had a big internet black out though.
