if you only want for when you upload your songs to youtube the template is pretty straight forward. you just need your song and after effects 9 or better
what I'm doing is emulating that with XNA so it listens to your sound device and reacts in real time.
The one he linked to is simply a plugin for after effects. It shouldn't take more that 10 minutes to set up and make. I think in the comments the user that uploaded the video even has a tutorial.

kind of, it is not even a plugin is a project where the only thing you have to do is to place your song in and then it is ready to render

Oh that makes it even easier. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes if all the work is already done for you.
