Whats your age ? If you're above 24 and losing hair, you are fucked and suffering from male pattern baldness. Rogaine/finasteride for life with side effects of low libido.
If you are below 24 and losing hair, it is alopecia arreata or in other words, your immune system is fucking up your hair. You could lose just your scalp hair or all hairs on your body including on your ashhole or your scalp hair + facial hair (typical pattern is patchy hair loss). Relax!. Stressing will speed the process in this case, have a good time, forget about hairs, your immune system will learn that its fucking its ownself and stop. You need to do things that boost immune function to stop this, stress is the big NO NO. Eat honey, exercise.
Go to a doctor and he can tell you what case you're suffering. It could be you're just imagining things as well, its normal to lose 100 strands of hair each day.
Also bald men are sexy, it won't mean the end of world if you go bald. Pitbull is bald and he's got the girls that guys with hair don't.
