It can be whenever, as long as thewin/loss is posted.

I'll give this thread an hour or two before I make the brackets, and to make it fair try to post your skill level too, play a chess game or two against the computer and what not and post about how good you are so I can pair certain people together so everyone has at least a challenge at some point.

Play the computer, and there is a difficulty selector, just play it until you get to a point where you can't win.
and we dont have to, but if cef wants to we can.
