i installed linux mint on my pc, then decided today to delete it. so i did, now, and i saw this coming, there is no master boot record, and i need to reinstall it. so i put in my win7 cd, and then this happened:


now what? download a better win7 torrent? what if it doesn't work and i wasted another dvd?

Turn off your computer and make sure it powers down
Drop it in a 43 foot hole in the ground
Bury it completely; rocks and boulders should be fine

You need the exact version of windows that you installed to use the recovery options on disc.
