Takes like a whole minute to load a page.
I've reset my router and modem twice with no change.

Anyone have any idea why uTorrent eats internet even if you aren't downloading or seeding? I often forget I have it open and it gets annoying.

It keeps the connections open to the tracks to check for more peers/seeds. Public torrent sites with multiple trackers per torrent can add up.
