I cant figure out the hands, how to place them on her head. If you spot anything else wrong tell me and Ill try to fix it.
Im not done by a long shot, this is just the sketch.

Looks pretty good for a sketch to start with. Only thing that looks off is the other arm behind the front one. Just doesn't have enough detail to see it well, but as you said this is a sketch. Shadows will probably help that when you get to that point.

hand is not bad.
shoulder/arm is not in place
nose needs a lift up right now it is kind of like voldemord's nose
also there are some lines that I'm not sure why they are there even when considering it being a sketch
overal work is quite decent, I like where this is going

Meh, gave the wrist/hand a quick edit.
F5.
I can't be assed to fix it entirely. Basically you just had her wrist too beafy and thumb way too far back. From here you could also try raising the knuckles a bit. And remember, middle knuckle stands the tallest and goes the furthest forward.
Also the lines on top of the knuckles... what's that? I assumed just reference points so I left them.

Now that you color it, you can see her disembodied fingers, and her trans racial face. Not trying to be racist here, or anything, but some parts of her face look white and others black. IMO you should have just left it in the grey color, it looked nice.
