Is it posseble to use consol cheats and add them in ce as shortcut to cheat with single tab?

If you can figure out what the console cheat does and reproduce that same effect with CE yes
e.g perhaps a console command changes one byte from 0 to 1, you can do that with ce as well, and then assign a hotkey to it
