I seem to be having an Issue with Saints row the third, I went to edit the amount of money I have, Set the Value type to Float and tracked down the value and all that but when I try to change the value, it just resets it back to the original value.

Ex If I set it to say 100000 it resets back to the amount I have right now.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I was trying a similar thing also, I think it is reading from somewhere else or something. Also had a similar issue with the clip ammo amount for the current weapon, but I just did the actual weapon ammo and it didn't change back. I actual exited the game with the clip of current and money, then went back to that save and the values stayed the same. I was also keeping an eye on the float, and i thin during a level change, not save change, the float moved somewhere else. It went from 0617c460 to 06189390 for me.

Thats because you are changing the wrong value. Money is stored as a 4 Byte value and not as a float. It adds 2 zeros which makes it harder to find.

So if you have $250, the 4 Byte Value is 25000
