| seeds won't get you high. but if you have resin in your pipe you can smoke that to get pretty high. if you use a pipe what you can do is put the flame through the carb hole to burn the resin stuck to the insides of the pipe. you can also get some resin by sucking the flame through the hole of the bowl but doesn't work as well. or you can do more work and scrape the resin out of the piece and pack it in the bowl.

Did this last night pretty much cleaned my piece out, but the seeds are working a little

there are TONS of portable vaporizers including the magic flight launch box for $100 or a simple oil burner for $5 and lots of options between.
