It's not hard to throttle torrent speeds if you want to do other shit while downloading.

depends on the file host.
MU, for example, is usually faster than torrents unless you find a torrent with a ton of people who can seed at 10MB/s each.

You crazy.. HDChina doesn't have a ratio system and I've gotten download speeds up to 73mb/s and those torrents only had one seeder.
