Honestly, it depends on what kind of tips you're looking for.
if you wanna to learn how to make your instruments sound better, and some cool things to learn, just look up simple things for reason. boyinaband, luckydate are my favorites. Don't just build your song off of what they say though. use your own inspiration.
as for actually coming up with an idea for a song, just listen to a song or songs, with a specific style or mood you have in mind, and just listen to the chords used, and how they are played.
also, for my computer, my father told me hes doing some night work for his friend, allowing him to make some extra cash, and (hopefully) I'll have something good by christmas. although I'm not sure when he will be done with this project for his friend.

I am not familiar with it.
I'd recommend building a computer, it will save you money, as opposed to buying a prebuilt one in the store

Just watch some beginner tuts on how to use reason, you'll catch on soon enough, and probably wont need to follow it much after that.
and Try as hard as you can, to not use the sampler unless, you are using it for vocals, or a premade .wav or something, because otherwise the sound gets distorted. look for reason refills. I recommend lucky date refill 3 & 4 and pantheon 1 & 2 refill
reason refills are basically reason synths/pads/etc all made into combinators.
look into them.
also, learn to use combinators efficiently, it will help organize your work, and you wont be lost.
ill show you an example of the song I am working on with the rack and everything.

I tend to label all my songs random names, because I never know what they are going to be named in the final export so i just leave them.
