How can we Rep a Mod when we can't De-Rep them. I mean it's got to be fair. If we can rep them, we should be able to De-Rep them. If you like a someone or thinks he's good. Rep them. If you think he's spamming or doing bad things to the forum. De-Rep them. That's the whole idea. Likewise if you think a Mod is doing badly, you can De-Rep them. If they are a great Mod, then Rep.

problem with derep is that if a mod warns someone that guy almost always dereps that mod
